Registration

I confirm that:

I and all members of my team waive all liability claims and demands against the organisation of the Solothurn Dragon Boat Race as well as the performing cities, the security and the helpers, any sponsors, their representatives, agents or any of its successor organisations. This applies particularly to any material damage, injury or death, which could result from participating in this event.

I and all members of my team are physically able to participate in this festival. We can swim a distance of at least 300m, fully clothed.

We understand that during the Solothurn Dragon Boat Race, photographs, filming and sound recordings will be taken and may be released for commercial use. I and my team authorise the unconditional use of the recordings in picture and sound, during and following the participation of this event. These may be used commercially and for any other purpose.
